Description

You will provide technical analysis, user documentation, and change coordination for legacy .NET applications and new enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business user needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Decompose business requirements into testable system requirements for development and testing.
• Interact with agency customers to provide guidance on .NET application usage and development.
• Design technical solutions in cooperation with customers to improve operational efficiencies.
• Support and expand the existing base system through implementation, maintenance, and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM or xRM.
• Proficiency with COTS packages.
• Proficiency with .NET.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and workflows.
• Experience working with diversified stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Ability to design technical solutions and manage the full application lifecycle.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing scripts, system testing, use cases, or logical data flows.
• Public sector background or experience.
