Description

You will support the implementation of new Computer-Aided Dispatch, Case Management, and Records Management systems by assisting with COTS vendor selection and product deployment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create business process models, workflows, and diagrams to visualize current and future state processes.
• Analyze and model data flows, including data mapping and profiling, to ensure data quality.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to communicate project objectives and progress.
• Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate requirements.
• Support change management by developing training materials and conducting sessions for new processes.
• Identify and assess technical, operational, and business risks to develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.
• Proficiency with Visio for process modeling.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage project documentation and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex requirements and stakeholder needs.
