You will provide technical support for audio-visual systems, webinar platforms, and hybrid meeting environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite, virtual, and hybrid meetings by managing microphones, webcams, VTC codecs, and room displays.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual hardware, desktop software, and VoIP systems both in-person and remotely.
• Facilitate webinar logistics and host sessions using platforms like Zoom, WebEx, and GoToWebinar.
• Manage equipment logistics, including inventory tracking, asset disposal, and physical room setups.
• Document technical processes and provide training to end-users on conferencing platforms.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience as an AV technician or specialist supporting AV hardware and teleconference systems.
• 1-5 years of experience supporting onsite, virtual, or hybrid meetings directly with users.
• Proficiency with webinar products including Zoom, GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting, and WebEx.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Projects or SmartSheet.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical end-users.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
