Lead engineering teams to drive delivery, code quality, and technical governance across AI enablement, SRE transformation, and SDLC modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code standards.
• Drive AI and GenAI enablement and adoption across the organization.
• Oversee SRE transformation and operational excellence efforts.
• Modernize SDLC processes and improve engineering productivity.
• Conduct architecture reviews and enforce technical governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering technology leadership experience.
• Strong technical credibility with development teams.
• Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices.
• Proficiency in SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
• Experience with AI and GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and Kubernetes.
• Executive and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background as Engineering Manager, Director, or Platform Engineering Lead.
• Experience in Engineering Transformation or Technology Delivery.
