Description

You will own vulnerability management and patching operations for a large-scale environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly patching cycles for Microsoft products aligned with MS Patch Tuesday.
• Manage and deliver out-of-band patches in coordination with third parties and internal teams.
• Monitor vulnerability scans, investigate failures, and correct scanning issues.
• Identify assets affected by critical or exploited vulnerabilities using Rapid7 IVM and MS TVM.
• Perform root cause analysis on alerts to implement "Fix Once" solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting issues in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with patching tools such as SCCM, Ivanti, or Adaptiva OneSite.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management tools including Rapid7 Nexpose, InsightVM, Qualys, or Tenable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender (TVM).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing vulnerability data.
• Experience designing troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or VB Script.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and ServiceNow.
