Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own verification and validation planning, including requirement-based testing strategy and test coverage definition.
• Design and execute black-box test approaches for embedded software/system behavior without relying on unit-test-only evidence.
• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results/evidence.
• Apply safety standards and guidance (e.g., CENELEC SIL4, DO-178A/DO-178B) to verification artifacts and processes.
• Use Linux-based workflows and scripting support to build, run, and manage test execution and reporting.

Skills Required:

• 15 - 21 years of relevant experience in V&V for embedded/safety-critical systems
• Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) for embedded systems.
• Expertise in Black Box Testing and requirement-based testing.
• Proficiency in Linux and C/C++ for embedded development and test support.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as DO-178B, DO-178A, and CENELEC SIL4.
• Experience with Python scripting is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
