Description

Own verification and validation planning, including requirement-based testing strategy and test coverage definition for embedded systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute black-box test approaches for embedded software behavior without relying on unit-test-only evidence.
• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results or evidence.
• Apply safety standards and guidance (e.g., CENELEC SIL4, DO-178A/DO-178B) to verification artifacts and processes.
• Use Linux-based workflows and scripting support to build, run, and manage test execution and reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in V&V for embedded or safety-critical systems.
• Strong expertise in Black Box Testing and requirement-based testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded development and test support.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as DO-178B, DO-178A, and CENELEC SIL4.
• Experience with Linux-based workflows and Python scripting.
