You will implement and manage WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience and digital adoption.

Responsibilities

• Customize and integrate WalkMe elements using web technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Interpret data to drive informed decisions regarding digital adoption strategies.
• Coordinate tasks against established timelines and resource availability.
• Ensure all elements are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
