You design and implement WalkMe content flows to enhance user onboarding and engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement WalkMe digital adoption flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Enhance user onboarding experiences and engagement metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze user insights.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of WalkMe content development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of user behavior and digital adoption.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with analytics tools to track flow performance.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital adoption.
