Description

You will debug and optimize Android telephony and modem interfaces for mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Debug integration, testing, and performance issues within Android RIL and Telephony.
  • Resolve interface issues between the telephony framework and the modem.
  • Implement and optimize VoLTE, VoWiFi, Call, SMS, and Data modules.
  • Ensure device-level compliance with carrier requirements such as AT&T and Verizon.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Android development and debugging.
  • Proficiency in JAVA, C, and C++.
  • Hands-on experience with QXDM, QPST, and QCAT debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of Android architecture and internals.
  • Experience with performance tuning and XML.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft SQL Server and C#.
  • Ability to work with CSS.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Qualcomm Mobile chipsets and QCRIL.
  • Experience working with 5G QC chipsets.
