Description

You will design, implement, and manage remote office infrastructure for voice, video, and data services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data and voice cable infrastructure, including IT closet design and floor plans.
• Develop statements of work, cost estimates, and vendor quotes for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate telephony system repairs and telco service management from inception to completion.
• Perform site inspections, infrastructure audits, and final systems acceptance.
• Manage vendor invoicing audits and maintain project documentation on internal servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and telecom cable installation.
• Hands-on experience with PBX, KTS, LAN, CAN, cabling, ACD, IVR, VoIP, WAN, and wireless access points.
• Proficiency with Visio, Adobe Pro, and CAD.
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams (network, IP Voice, server, desktop).
• Knowledge of NEC/OSHA codes and standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for status reporting and customer service.
• Availability for on-call rotation during non-business hours.

Preferred Skills

• RCDD certification.
• Telecommunication certification in PBX/KSU systems.
