Description

Supervise warehouse and logistics operations, leading the team to maintain high standards in workflow, safety, and inventory control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow, staging prep, and outbound loadouts for the warehouse.
• Oversee receiving, assembly, and integration of new inventory, maintaining accurate counts and storage.
• Drive safe lifting, loading, and tool use, enforcing PPE compliance across all operations.
• Coordinate efficient truck loading and manage smooth install/de-stage operations with the design team.
• Train, onboard, and support logistics team members while removing operational obstacles for leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse, or field operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of warehouse flow, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
• Experience managing crews in fast-paced operational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively and resolve conflicts clearly under pressure.
• Proficiency in warehouse, field operations leadership, and logistics.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including safely lifting 50+ lbs.
• Clean driving record with confidence operating vans or box trucks.
