Manage daily shipping and warehouse operations in Birmingham, AL to ensure accuracy and productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship work orders daily to meet strict deadlines.
• Perform receiving tasks and quality inspections on incoming materials.
• Restock inventory shelves as items are depleted to maintain flow.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts for accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to remain audit-ready.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and PC environments.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical computations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to climb, kneel, stoop, and frequently lift 16-30 lbs up to head and chest level.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of SOPs and GQPs.
