Description

Manage device staging, inventory tracking, and hardware dispatch at the client facility in Mechanicsburg, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Stage retail, IMAC, and POC devices for configuration and deployment.
• Map existing staging activities and maintain documentation for all processes.
• Track equipment intake, inventory, and dispatch through standard reporting templates.
• Update standard operating procedures for supported devices and organizational asset refresh cycles.
• Provide recommendations to optimize staging service performance and costs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in staging and troubleshooting retail, IMAC, or POC devices.
• CompTIA A+ Hardware certification.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot device applications in a retail store environment.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications (MCP/MCSE/MCTS).
• Mac OS experience.
• MS Office O365.
