Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and material-handling operations at our warehouse in Mounds View, Minnesota.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse work. Forklift experience is required/preferred, and the selected candidate may be required to complete equipment certification.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming materials and goods.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Sort, organize, label, and store products in designated locations.

Verify quantities, shipping information, and product accuracy.

Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.

Enter inventory and shipping information into computerized systems.

Identify and report damaged goods, discrepancies, and inventory issues.

Prepare freight for shipment and verify appropriate shipping methods.

Follow warehouse procedures and safety regulations at all times.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience and/or training.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Experience with loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods.

Forklift experience and/or willingness to complete required forklift certification.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/inventory systems.

Ability to read and understand work orders, safety instructions, and operating procedures.

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and ability to meet assigned schedules.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:

Lift up to 50 lbs or greater with assistance, following safety procedures.

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance as required.

Work with physical inventory and warehouse materials.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes.

Work Environment

Onsite warehouse position

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Additional shifts, evenings, weekends, or extended hours may occasionally be required.

Steel-toe shoes are mandatory.

Dress code: Business-appropriate T-shirt and pants or shorts.
