Warehouse Coordinator

You will manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and material movement to support manufacturing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound freight using packing slips and purchase orders, and manage outbound shipments including labeling and parcel preparation.
• Execute picking, packing, staging, and kitting of work orders according to production schedules and material requests.
• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counting, spot-checks, and periodic physical inventory verification.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and maintain equipment.
• Transfer materials to production lines and update inventory control systems for all movements and returns.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and PC environments.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Experience following SOPs and GMPs.
• Ability to lift between 10 and 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Associate degree (AA).
