Description

You will manage inventory accuracy and warehouse operations for a D2C baby products brand.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and ERP systems.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to reconcile with system records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock movement and optimize warehouse space.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and manage manpower and shift planning.
• Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Proven expertise in Inventory Management and Inventory Stock Count.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise warehouse staff.
• Ability to coordinate logistics between procurement and dispatch departments.
• Any graduate degree.
