Description

You will lead functional requirements and support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage WMS implementation or migration projects from end to end.
• Perform deep data analysis to support warehouse operations and decision-making.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for WMS platforms.
• Coordinate project tasks using Agile methodologies and tracking tools.
• Drive problem-solving efforts to resolve complex functional issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience specifically with WMS platforms.
• 3+ years of WMS support experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related business discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Agile SAFe certification or similar Agile credentials.
