Description

You will serve as the functional and technical expert for Manhattan Scale WMS implementations and support. You own the end-to-end delivery of system changes, from requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing stabilization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and system changes to drive architecture and development decisions.
  • Translate user needs into functional and technical designs, including application configuration.
  • Maintain and support Manhattan Scale WMS solutions via 2nd and 3rd line support.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.

Required Skills

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management and supply chain principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Scale WMS implementation and support.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes.
  • Experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollouts, and automation.
  • Proficiency in technical design and user requirements documentation.
  • Ability to perform business analytics to resolve system issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Foundational understanding of Cloud technologies.
