Description

You will lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of Manhattan Scale WMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, system issues, and requested changes to existing functionalities.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, application configurations, and system documentation.
• Maintain and support WMS solutions for affiliates, providing 2nd and 3rd line support to key users.
• Create comprehensive documentation including URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, and SOPs.
• Coordinate problem resolution with external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience with Manhattan Scale WMS implementation and support.
• Deep expertise in Warehouse Management and supply chain principles, specifically inbound, inventory, and outbound processes.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Experience with new site rollouts, automation, and MHG.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS.
• Basic understanding of Cloud environments.
• Ability to manage system architecture and development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with multi-vendor environments including TMS and conveyor systems.
