Description

Lead ERP supply chain solutions and enhancements for Oracle Cloud and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and JAD sessions.
• Own IT artifacts including Technical Design Documents (TSD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
• Partner with Solution Architects to define overall solution approaches.
• Manage defect triage and consult on test plans with testing teams.
• Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and manage project delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience designing business processes and system solutions.
• Experience developing and executing test plans.
• Proficiency in documenting TSD and HLD.
• Ability to create plans and coordinate multi-team activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
