You will build and maintain AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants using IBM Watsonx Assistant.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Watsonx Assistant.
• Configure and enhance conversation flows, intents, and entities.
• Integrate Watsonx Assistant with various systems and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Proven expertise in Watsonx Assistant development and conversational AI.
• Strong front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
• Ability to integrate front-end components with server-side APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js or Express.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of machine learning or natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
