Description

Design and architect PTC Windchill solutions for complex customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex business configurations, project scoping, and technical proposals.
• Lead design sessions with business SMEs to assess data flows and system states.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and define implementation risk mitigation plans.
• Develop custom solutions using Windchill APIs and existing frameworks to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and testing teams to establish acceptance criteria and provide support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM implementation, customization, upgrades, or migrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Windchill modules: PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, QMS, PartLink, SUMA, and Service Parts.
• Deep knowledge of Windchill integrations including Info*Engine, ESI, and ERP Connectors.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and Web Services: SOAP, REST, and OData (WRS).
• Experience with software design patterns and external system integration via EAI platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux Server environments and software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PTC FlexPLM, Navigate, ThingWorks, or Integrity lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ETO, ATO, and CTO concepts.
