Description

You will own the production support and maintenance of IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS) 8.x eCommerce platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Application and Production Support for enterprise eCommerce systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and issues.
• Manage incident lifecycles and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support and monitor batch jobs, scheduled processes, and system integrations.
• Maintain system stability and performance in production environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Application, Production, or Technical Support roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) 8.x.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise eCommerce platforms in production.
• Strong expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing batch jobs, scheduled processes, and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).
