Description
You will build and maintain enterprise solutions utilizing Java and microservices within the WCS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement features using Core Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
- Design and consume REST APIs using Spring MVC or WebFlux.
- Integrate data persistence layers using JPA/Hibernate against SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Customize and extend core functionality within IBM WCS (v7/8/9), covering Catalog, Order, Member, and Payment modules.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (versions 8–11).
- Expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and WebFlux.
- Hands-on experience with building REST APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL data stores.
- Demonstrated experience with HCL Commerce / IBM WCS (v7/8/9), including Catalog, Order, Member, and Payment.
