You will own the end-to-end design process for product experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user research insights into intuitive product designs.
• Define information architecture, sitemaps, and navigation models.
• Create and validate high-level design concepts with stakeholders.
• Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Conduct advanced user research, including ethnography and contextual inquiry.
• Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed design specifications compliant with WCAG standards.
• Manage design systems and visual consistency across product touchpoints.
• Collaborate across UX, UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
• Establish and maintain design patterns, including micro-interaction patterns.
• Lead design discussions and manage project sign-off.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data-driven design iteration.
• Background in engineering or technical collaboration.
