Analyze website user behavior and conversion funnels to drive optimization and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics to track performance and visitor behavior.
• Analyze purchase patterns and conversion funnels to identify trends, gaps, and friction points.
• Isolate root causes of user drop-off in the customer journey through deep-dive data analysis.
• Communicate performance updates and insights during weekly check-ins and stakeholder meetings.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics KPIs and web optimization concepts.
• Proven ability to develop detailed reports and perform in-depth data analysis.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and opportunities in alternative solutions.
• Proficiency in creating and communicating analytical stories through slide presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor degree in a related discipline or equivalent directly related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
