Description

Lead the QA automation strategy for web UI and API testing. Own the release pipeline and ensure high-quality software delivery through robust test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites for web UI using Selenium WebDriver and API endpoints using Rest Assured.
• Develop and execute tests using Java, TestNG, and JUnit within an Agile environment.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage builds with Maven or ANT.
• Manage version control via Git and track defects and test cases using JIRA and QMetry.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and technical direction for automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on QA testing and automation.
• Expert proficiency in Java programming language.
• Deep expertise in Web UI automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong background in API testing and automation using Rest Assured or ReadyAPI.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG and JUnit test frameworks.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and build tools (Maven, ANT).
• Familiarity with debugging tools (Charles/Fiddler) and version control (Git).
