Description

You will build and maintain web-based automation tools and database systems using modern development stacks and modular design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications with a focus on maintainability and transferable code standards.
• Write Python scripts for data query, translation, and backend formatting.
• Manage database development and data manipulation using MySQL or equivalent systems.
• Draft software requirements and design documentation for all application facets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web development and database development.
• Proficiency with Python for backend data processing.
• Strong experience with MySQL or equivalent relational databases.
• Experience working in Linux or Windows environments.
• Familiarity with shared cloud data formats including XML, JSON, Excel, PDF, and PPT.
• Ability to draft web and software design documents.
• Solid foundation in computer science or CIS fundamentals within a web service context.
• Experience with automation and analytical processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging free and open source tooling.
