You will develop, operate, and maintain the agency’s public-facing web portal supporting AFRBA operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web application enhancements to improve usability, functionality, and performance.
• Ensure the web portal complies with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal web accessibility requirements.
• Develop and maintain smart decision trees and interactive tools guiding applicant submission processes.
• Monitor website performance and functionality to ensure a secure user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining web applications or enterprise websites.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating web applications with backend enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility compliance for federal websites.
• Ability to design and implement interactive decision trees and user guidance tools.
• Experience supporting web applications in secure federal or DoD environments.
• Understanding of ATO documentation and compliance processes in federal IT systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting web systems in federal or government IT environments.
