Experience managing global or follow-the-sun support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day production support for enterprise web applications built on JBoss EAP, Java, .NET, IICS, and web services
• Ensure application availability, performance, reliability, and scalability across environments
• Lead incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Establish and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring, alerting, and escalation procedures
• Oversee support and maintenance of application servers, middleware, and web services
• Manage integrations and data flows leveraging Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure platform stability and compliance
• Support application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal business disruption
• Manage application support intake through ITSM tools including ticket prioritization and SLAs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and improve performance
• Act as primary support liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and IT leadership
• Collaborate with development teams on release planning, deployments, and production support transition

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support with strong hands-on experience supporting Java and .NET-based web applications
