Description

You own production support for enterprise web applications built on JBoss EAP, Java, .NET, and Informatica IICS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application availability, performance, and scalability across environments.
• Lead incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Establish and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring, alerting, and escalation procedures.
• Manage application servers, middleware, web services, and data flows via Informatica IICS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and improve performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Java and .NET-based web applications.
• Proficiency with JBoss EAP, .NET Framework, and Informatica IICS.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, REST API, and SOAP.
• Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Strong communication skills for liaising between business, development, and IT leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) and logging tools.
