You will build complex financial web applications and deliver software solutions within a Scrum methodology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software using established coding standards and best practices.
• Create detailed technical designs and identify potential risks through mitigation planning.
• Review peer code and provide actionable technical feedback.
• Mentor team members on system architecture, development patterns, and documentation.
• Lead and deliver technical changes effectively within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience developing Java-based enterprise applications using Java 8+.
• Extensive experience in Full Stack Java development using Spring Core, JSP, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and JPA.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using messaging applications such as IBM MQ or Kafka.
• Ability to set up and work within CI/CD pipelines.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills for international environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Corporate, Commercial, or Investment Banking.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere.
