Description

Lead architecture and design for large-scale front-end applications, defining UI standards and engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define UI standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices for the organization.
• Build and maintain reusable, high-quality UI components and shared libraries.
• Modernize legacy applications and improve front-end performance by reducing build times and optimizing bundle sizes.
• Mentor engineers, support code quality, and guide architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust web solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in front-end engineering with a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, lifecycle behavior, component patterns, and state management.
• Strong experience with Angular 10+, including RxJS for reactive programming.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Proficiency in CSS and building responsive, accessible UIs.
• Experience with automated UI testing using Playwright.
• Knowledge of front-end performance tuning tools and debugging practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vite, React Router 6+, Radix UI, or additional cloud-integrated front-end delivery models.
• Knowledge of CDN optimization and secure front-end coding practices.
