Description

You will own the web automation strategy, building and maintaining scalable test frameworks for complex web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or Python.
• Integrate automated testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce automation best practices across the team.
• Provide technical support and training on automation tools to team members.
• Leverage knowledge of browser internals to debug and resolve complex test failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation using Playwright or Python.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including React and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Proficiency with GitHub and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions or Genesys Engage routing technologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium or Cypress.
