Description

You will manage the migration and optimization of content across approximately 80 Drupal websites to support a new design system and enterprise branding initiative.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish website content using common Content Management Systems.
• Audit and remediate web content to meet WCAG accessibility standards and 8th-grade reading level targets.
• Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to recommend content retirement, design changes, and navigation improvements.
• Execute SEO best practices, including keyword implementation and managing site maps via Google Search Console.
• Train agency content managers on the new web design system and content management processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and producing reports.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager.
• 3+ years of experience with web Content Management Systems (CMS).
• 3+ years of experience with Google Search Console.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO and content design.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility remediation.
• Ability to write and edit content for plain language and chatbot interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Drupal.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SiteImprove, heat maps, or Crazy Egg.
• Experience with Google Programmable Search.
