Description

You will structure digital content through web design systems and SEO strategies. You own the content lifecycle from migration to publication and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Train agency content managers on new web design systems and assist with manual content migration.
• Create and publish website content using common Content Management Systems.
• Identify keywords and implement SEO best practices and keyword placement.
• Edit content for plain language, 8th-grade reading levels, and chatbot compatibility.
• Manage Google Search Console tasks including sitemap submission and resolving 404 indexing errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content architecture or web management.
• Proficiency with common Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with SEO tools to identify and improve content performance.
• Ability to produce Google Analytics reports.
• Experience setting up Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to capture and convey complex interrelationships of program information.
• Experience writing content specifically for chat interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
