Description

You will lead the assessment and improvement of digital materials to ensure compliance with regulatory accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Audit systems, products, and online transaction flows to identify accessibility issues and provide mitigation guidance.
• Conduct QA activities, including testing process flows, analyzing needs, and implementing accessibility solutions.
• Collaborate with UX, research, and development teams to advance accessibility standards within an agile system.
• Establish governance standards, accessibility policies, and documentation for best practice methodologies.
• Facilitate the remediation of accessibility issues and communicate technical implications to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience assessing digital interfaces, websites, and PDFs for WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, and Section 508 compliance.
• 5+ years of testing experience conducting QA, analyzing test data, and planning service improvements.
• 2+ years of experience as a product or project owner working with digital accessibility technologies.
• 2+ years of experience overseeing language translation efforts and accessibility standards for translation services.
• Expertise in assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Dragon, Fusion, Deque, Wave, and ZoomText.
• Proficiency with built-in device features such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and onscreen keyboards.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.
• Experience developing KPIs and success metrics to communicate the impact of accessibility efforts.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Adobe XD, Jira, Confluence, Sitecore, Salesforce, and MS Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accessibility software such as eVinced, Axe, and WebAIM.
• Bachelor's degree.
