• 3–8 years of professional experience — mid-level contributor, not a senior leader role.
• Web Content Specialist experience — proven track record in content creation, drafting, and execution.
• CMS expertise — hands-on experience with content management systems.
• CMS migration project experience — direct involvement in migrating platforms (e.g., Sitecore → AEM/Contentstack/Contently).
• Modular and structured content — strong understanding of component-based content modeling and structured authoring.
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) — The ability to drive and organize content into DAM systems.
• Content auditing & metadata management — skilled in evaluating current state, redirects, and metadata optimization.
• Collaboration skills — experience working with content owners, marketing teams, product owners, business analysts, and DAM specialists
