You will manage a team of designers, developers, and external agencies to deliver digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of web designers, developers, and external agencies.
• Oversee website redesigns and CMS migrations to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.
• Manage strategic planning, roadmaps, and budgets for website tools and technology.
• Monitor site health including page speed, uptime, and mobile responsiveness through regular audits.
• Drive conversion rate improvements using A/B testing, UX optimizations, heatmaps, and personalized journeys.
• Ensure adherence to technical SEO, web accessibility, and GDPR compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in web design or management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for prototyping and design.
• Technical skills in HTML5, CSS (SASS), JavaScript, and YAML.
• Experience managing and customizing content within the Magnolia CMS.
• Understanding of version control for collaborative development.
• Proficiency with analytics and heatmapting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce or Pardot into web projects.
• Familiarity with project management software for task tracking.
• Degree in any field.
