Description

You will build and maintain core components of the SaRA platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and Remix.
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, implementing REST APIs for system integration.
• Model data and optimize performance using SQL Server and Amazon Redshift.
• Integrate the SaRA UI with internal systems like Sample Tracking, RDL, and LIMS.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and write unit/integration tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in React (hooks, state management, component patterns).
• Experience with the Remix framework for full-stack UI development.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend service development.
• Expertise in SQL, including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Amazon Redshift.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• 6+ years of professional working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with scientific or lab informatics systems (LIMS, RDL).
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem components like Lambda and API Gateway.
