You will design, develop, and document large-scale production systems, ensuring high quality, performance, and security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design self-contained systems and lead the implementation of significant capabilities within the team's domain.
• Decompose complex designs into maintainable code structures that less experienced engineers can support.
• Define test suites and instrumentation to consistently meet latency and availability targets in production.
• Evaluate attack surfaces during development and guide teams on mitigation best practices to close vulnerabilities.
• Mentor teammates on secure coding practices and technical learning journeys.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency with Angular or React for frontend development.
• Strong experience with Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with cloud providers, specifically Azure and AWS.
• Working knowledge of backend frameworks such as Spring/SpringBoot and FastAPI.
• Proficiency with containerization tools including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with source control systems like GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency, and reliability while maintaining simplicity.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
