Description

Lead technical implementation of Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) solutions for Life and Annuity products. You own the release pipeline and ensure robust delivery of insurance elements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OIPA solutions within Life and Annuity domains.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations using Java and C#.
• Manage XML data structures and integration points for insurance policies.
• Collaborate on AWS infrastructure tasks to support deployment and operations.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA).
• Strong proficiency in Java and C# development.
• Deep understanding of Insurance Elements from Equisoft.
• Expertise in XML parsing and data manipulation.
• Experience working as a lead developer in insurance technology.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS services for cloud deployment.
