Description

You will lead the development team in delivering agency projects and internal applications while managing the full project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison between clients and developers to collect specifications and project assets.
• Manage end-to-end project processes including resource allocation, timeline creation, QA, code reviews, and security reviews.
• Lead, guide, and instruct developers to ensure projects meet technical standards and deadlines.
• Oversee launch preparation, cross-browser compliance, and post-launch support requests.
• Improve and document internal development processes and implementation workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in web development and team management.
• Expertise in WordPress, Bootstrap, Git, CSS, and JS/jQuery.
• Proficiency with CMS frameworks including Joomla and Drupal.
• Strong debugging, code inspection, and QA capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of XML, SQL, PHP, and security protocols.
• Experience with hosting environments such as InMotion.
• Solid foundation in design fundamentals including typography, color, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Ability to translate business rules into technical specifications for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Ruby or Python.
• Additional technical certifications.
