You manage day-to-day operations for commercial web platforms, ensuring functionality, reliability, and accessibility compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee web projects from execution to completion, tracking progress and goals via Asana.
• Facilitate meetings between IT, Brand, and external agencies to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with digital marketing agencies, IT, and Digital Experience Leads to drive project outcomes.
• Monitor website analytics to identify optimization opportunities for US commercial websites.
• Partner with the Web Service Lead to develop and implement process enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT, DevOps, Tech Ops, or web project management.
• Proficiency with CMS systems, specifically Sitecore.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Hotjar, VWO, and SiteImprove.
• Strong web project management and technical operations skills.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced resources and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
