Description

You manage and support middleware platforms across on-premise and AWS environments, owning the deployment lifecycle for clustered, highly available application servers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, and maintain WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss platforms.
• Install, configure, patch, and manage domains and clusters.
• Perform JVM tuning, garbage collection optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Execute code deployments for JAR, WAR, and EAR files across Dev, Test, UAT, SIT, and Production.
• Troubleshoot application issues using heap and thread dump analysis; maintain F5 load balancer VIPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Expertise in WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss installation and configuration.
• Proficiency with Apache, OHS, IIS, and Wildfly.
• Experience managing Oracle HTTP Server and Oracle Application Server.
• Hands-on experience with Unix platforms and AWS.
• Strong understanding of JVM tuning and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage deployments in clustered and highly available environments.
• Knowledge of F5 load balancer configuration and VIP maintenance.
• Experience with SOX-related, validated, and qualified enterprise platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DB2 and Oracle technologies.
• Familiarity with Tomcat and WebLogic Deployer utilities.
