Core Technical Skills required:

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – Basic understanding of front-end web technologies.
• Content Management Systems (CMS) – Strong experience with platforms like
Apostrophe (preferable), WordPress, Drupal, Sharepoint or Adobe Experience
Manager (AEM).
• SEO Fundamentals – Knowledge of on-page SEO, metadata, structured data, and
site speed optimization.
Design & UX Skills
• UI/UX Awareness – Ensures website layout, navigation, and accessibility support
an intuitive and inclusive user experience.
• Basic Graphic & Media Editing – Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for
image or banner creation and content alignment with brand guidelines.
Project & Stakeholder Management
• End-to-End Project Management – Proven ability to oversee complete project
lifecycles, from requirement gathering to successful delivery and maintenance.
• Stakeholder & Client Communication – Strong communication and interpersonal
skills with direct exposure to client-facing interactions and cross-functional
coordination.
• Expertise in Project Management Tools – Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow, or similar
tools for tracking, task management, and reporting progress
