Description

You will provide application support for business-critical web platforms within a Linux environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues and debug application errors to identify root causes.
• Monitor system and application logs to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate with App Dev teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and functional production problems.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices to platform maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web platform application support.
• Proficiency with Linux-based operating systems, commands, and utilities.
• Full-stack development experience with Java and a UI framework like React.
• Working knowledge of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases and their integrations.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency with Configuration Management Tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
