You will manage the web portal environment and ensure continuous server availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the web portal environment, including content creation, templates, workflows, and portlets.
• Manage user identities, roles, personalization, and search functionality.
• Execute server maintenance tasks such as software updates, patching, backups, and recovery.
• Perform proactive system monitoring, error checking, and technical documentation.
• Provide service center support and maintain operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web portal administration or server maintenance.
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Experience managing IIS environments.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript and DHTML.
• Ability to work with XML.
• Degree in any graduate field.
