Description

Own end-to-end validation of web portal applications, covering UI workflows, API integrations, and backend processing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing for web portal UI, workflows, forms, and navigation.
• Perform end-to-end validation across UI, APIs, and backend systems.
• Validate user journeys including login, registration, search, and transactions.
• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defects.
• Conduct regression testing, UAT, and production validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA testing experience in web applications.
• Experience with API testing using REST services and Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with Python for automation or scripting.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools like Jira.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member eligibility, enrollment, benefits, authorization workflows, and appeals.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TOSCA Test Suite or performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG standards).
